Description
This mod adds verification code and Avatar in comments, and adds built-in admin panel settings.

* Avatars in comments.
* It has a built-in admin panel.
* Verification code in the comments, with the possibility to customize it for anyone to see.
* Flood control in seconds.
* Check users names (if the user of that name existed, the guest can not write a comment).
