Description
Simple panel which scrolls weblinks with buttons/banners from bottom to top. Hard coded links (aka, you have to open the panel file to modify the links/banners)

Works and tested on v6.01.15

Works as promised. For some reason I cannot remove the panel title "REKLAMA" Any ideas how to do this?

Open the file and go to line 14:

opensidex(REKLAMA);

There you can change the name.
