Description
This modification will add a new area to your admin panel, "Moderator Panel". This will enable you to perform mass options on specific threads using checkboxes with different forums. Try it out to get a better idea of what its for! This feature (i believe) will be included in v7, but I found it necessary to bring this to one of my own sites and thought I would share it with the community.

For admins who have rights to this admin area, when viewing certain forums; they will see a link at the top left that says "Moderate this Forum". Clicking this link will take you into the admin area in which you can moderate an entire forum using checkboxes and mass options on specific threads such as locking or moving specific threads in a forum. You will find this provides very useful for large forums that are active with users and threads/posts.

The English locale file was still half-translated. I got it translated fully (I think) if anyone wants it - shoot me a PM.
