Can anyone give more information about this mod?
Modified the download description.
This mod works great. I had some issues at first, but they were due to the translation that they did. It has been fixed. It basically is just a cool modified version of the downloads.php with random programs and new arrivials and stuff like that. Follow the directions very closly and you will have no issues. You can view it here on my clients test site.

Does it allow the users to upload files too, or just the admin?
